ReGenovate System Attracts Hospitality Interest Through Maxim's Network

The WeGen circular economy model is drawing interest beyond its founding Maxim’s and 7-Eleven partnership, with Rosewood Hotel recently introduced to Hung Yat Group’s technology through the Maxim’s network.

Rosewood is evaluating the Regenovate system — a compact, one-tonne-per-day food waste processing unit that converts organic kitchen waste into nutrient-rich inputs for regenerative agriculture.

From partnership to platform

The Rosewood inquiry represents an important signal: the WeGen model is evolving from a bilateral partnership into a replicable platform. The introduction came organically through Maxim’s existing relationship with Rosewood, demonstrating the network effects that emerge when circular economy partnerships deliver measurable results.

The Regenovate system

The Regenovate machine is designed for on-site deployment at hotels, corporate campuses, and food processing facilities. It processes up to one tonne of food waste per day, converting it into the same proprietary eco-enzyme formulations used across Hung Yat Group’s agricultural operations.

This represents a new revenue stream for the group: equipment sales and consulting, complementing the direct produce sales and circular economy partnerships that form the core business.
