For over two decades, Hung Yat Farm has been the quiet architect of agricultural integrity. What began as a refusal to farm with chemical fertilizers and chemical pesticides has matured into something more precise: a synthesis of environmental science and regenerative microbial practice.
Our transition reflects a deeper shift: we no longer just grow crops, we tend the ecosystems that support life itself. Twenty years of practice on our own land inform every method we use.

Founder
A pioneer in Hong Kong regenerative agriculture, Wong Chin Ming has spent twenty years on soil health and ecological stewardship. The microbial method he developed through two decades of field work is the foundation of the farm.
