Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, organisation (if provided), inquiry type and message. When the form loads, Cloudflare Turnstile checks your browser and IP address to tell people from automated bots. We also collect anonymous usage analytics through Cloudflare Web Analytics.

This site has no newsletter sign-up. We collect an email address only if you send it to us through the contact form or by email.

How we use it

We use contact form submissions to answer your inquiry. The Turnstile check is used to prevent spam. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous, so we cannot identify individual visitors.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered to us through Resend (email delivery) and protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (spam prevention). The site is hosted on Cloudflare. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

Where it is processed

Resend and Cloudflare operate outside Hong Kong, so your form submission may be processed outside Hong Kong.

Data retention

We keep contact form data for as long as needed to answer your inquiry. Analytics data is retained by Cloudflare under its standard retention policy.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing info@hungyatfarm.com.

Cookies

We do not set cookies ourselves, and Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or track individuals. Cloudflare describes how Turnstile handles data in its own privacy policy.
